The Apulia Cooking Schools take place at Giardino degli Ulivi, a beautiful Resort set in the Apulian country side with breathtaking views.
The Giardino degli Ulivi is located in a
vast olive grove and is characterized by the traditional architecture of Apulia.
It is surrounded by large gardens in a Mediterranean style and it overlooks the
nature reserve of the largest salt works in Europe, the Adriatic Sea, besides
the large and characteristic beach and the Spa of Margherita di Savoia.
The Resort features 2 swimming pools, 2
football pitches, a nature trail, a playground for children, free wi-fi in the
entire property and an indoor parking.
For those who want to go jogging, it is
possible to use the fitness trail, about 1 km long and composed by 22 stations
with wooden tools distributed among the olive trees.
The rooms are allocated in two villas, at
a raised ground floor. They feature a particular style, with Trani stone walls.
They have a patio or a balcony that overlooks the garden, individually controlled
air conditioning, mini bar and flat screen TV.
Its geographical position, makes it a
perfect place for excursions both to the north and south of the region.
